Attending An Event - Why eat LP
From Spring through Summer and then into Autumn and Winter Lakeland Picnic travels all over the north of England cooking up some great food for you. We can be found setting up our stall on Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester on most weekends throughout the year as well as at many special events in York, Newcastle and Liverpool. We do lots of outdoor events in summer from the brilliant Skelton Show, nr Penrith to Sparkle in Sackville Gardens, Manchester and the Chilli fest at Levens Hall right on our doorstep, to name a few.

If you’re having a day out at one of the many events we’ll be at, don’t worry about taking some lunch. We can cook up something freshfor you. Our delicious burgers and sausages are simply yummy, served on freshly baked breads with choices of sauces and chutneys as well as regional cheeses. This is what we have become famous for over the last few years, providing delicious ready to eat food without artificial flavour enhancers or colourings. If you’ve managed to get to some of the events we attend early enough we have also been known to cook up a few hot breakfast rolls, the Westmorland County Show, being one of those events. We use back bacon which is expertly cured in the Savin Hill butchery, a treat not to be missed.
